Shallotte Riverfront Town Center
The Riverfront Town Center will energize Shallotte’s Central Business District. Conceptualized in a charrette led by the internationally acclaimed firm of Duany Plater – Zyberk, Frank Smith has worked as town architect to further lead the design and its implementation.
Ocean Isle Boardwalk
Thoughtful and environmentally sensitive design for a rare over 1,200 linear foot, oceanfront tract. The project envisions reconstruction of the oceanfront pier house, with oceanfront boardwalk complete with beach rentals, retail shops, and an entertainment pavilion.
