An urban infill project designed as a multi-venue hospitality project providing the flagship location for LM Restaurants Carolina Ale House brand. The challenging site afforded the opportunity to capitalize on the subterranean opportunities as well as the iconic views of the downtown Raleigh skyline. The upper level features a dining terrace with heated floors, retractable roof, and rooftop observation level.

The first solo project designed by Frank Smith, Eddie Romanellis became a fixture of the Wilmington restaurant circuit in the early 1990’s After almost 20 years the architecture endures, but the dining concept was changed by LM Restaurants to become Hops Supply.
