The upper level features a dining terrace with heated floors, retractable roof, and rooftop observation level.

Hops Supply Company

    The first solo project designed by Frank Smith, Eddie Romanellis became a fixture of the Wilmington restaurant circuit in the early 1990’s After almost 20 years the architecture endures, but the dining concept was changed by LM Restaurants to become Hops Supply.

    Conceptual designs developed for transient lodging at one of the country’s premier golf destinations. The designs included a group of quadruplex 2-bedroom units and a 12-unit lodge with an administrative and maintenance support facility implementation.
